Spicy Fried Chicken with Coleslaw and Pickled Cucumbers

Method
Step 1
Marinate the chicken
Take the buttermilk and pour it into a bowl. Add chili sauce, paprika, cayenne pepper, chili flakes, salt, pepper, and pressed garlic. Blend the ingredients well. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it marinate in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 2
Fry the chicken
Preheat the frying oil in a pot or deep fryer. Remove the marinated chickens from the marinade and let excess marinade drip off. Fry the chicken for about 8 minutes, turning them after 4 minutes for even cooking. The chicken is done when it is golden and crispy.
Step 3
Add sauce
Remove the finished chicken from the oil and let it drain on a piece of paper towel. Toss the chicken in your favorite marinade, such as Buldak Hotsauce, for an extra spicy flavor.
Step 4
Toast the brioche buns
Melt a little butter in a pan over medium heat. Slice the brioche buns in half and toast them in the butter until golden and crispy.
Step 5
Assemble the burger
Take the bottom half of the brioche buns and spread mayonnaise on both halves. Add a layer of coleslaw on the bottom, then the fried chicken, and top with thick slices of pickles. Place the top half of the bun over it, and your burger is ready to serve.
